This is a great robo-vacuum and mop however, it's let down by the clunky app. Eufy Clean's application isn't as user-friendly as the iRobot App which walks you through the process of setting up your robot up and shows you how to use it. It's still a great choice but it also offers plenty of customizability for those who want to make the most of its features.
